Fall is here ready or not.  Looks like a good morning to have the first fire in the dining room fireplace to enjoy with breakfast this morning.  Yesterday I made home made apple butter to go on the hot biscuits this morning.  We are using the last of the peaches and will not see them again until next spring. But we have several varities of apples from the local Henderson Apple farms and lots of recipes to use them.
Looking forward to making these.
